Craig Bennett, AIA, LEED AP After working for several prominent Washington D.C. architectural firms, Craig Bennett founded CBA Architects in 1994. Craig manages projects with a hands-on approach. His goals are client satisfaction and project success. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland School of Architecture, a Registered Architect in several states plus the District of Columbia and is a LEED Accredited Professional. He is also certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. Craig has a tremendous experience in the realm of retail and mixed-use planning and was responsible for the retail planning of Gallery Place, the largest urban mixed-use project in Washington D.C.’s modern history. Craig also provided master, conceptual and tenant planning for “The Mills” mega-shopping malls as well as shopping malls in Canada, Spain, Japan and China. In addition to retail design, Craig has also designed office space for Fortune 500 companies. His residential design experience ranges from house additions to multi-family housing.
